Open-source strukturovaná znalostní báze pro AI v českém zdravotnictví. Cílem tohoto projektu je transformovat nestrukturované lékařské texty (doporučené postupy, SPC, věstníky) do strojově čitelného formátu (JSON), který umožní vývoj bezpečných a fakticky přesných AI aplikací (RAG, Chatbots, Decision Support).
What it is
The OpenClinical Knowledge Base CZ project aims to create a structured, open-source dataset of Czech clinical guidelines and drug interactions for use in healthcare AI applications. Currently the repository contains only documentation, architecture plans, and dependency definitions, with no implemented code or processed data.
