Terms of Service

AI-Atlas is run by Pop Alexandru, based in Romania (“we”), and can be reached at alexandrupp55@gmail.com. It evaluates public GitHub work and builds an AI skills profile. Scores, rankings, roadmaps and merit scenarios are automated opinions that can be wrong. They describe public code only, and advice never changes a stored score. By using AI-Atlas you accept these terms.

• Mapping is free. Planning credits pay for new AI roadmaps and scenarios; the cost is shown before each one.
• Prices are in US dollars and include VAT where it applies. Stripe shows the final total before you pay.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy credits.
• Credits are prepaid, never expire and have no cash value. A failed generation returns its credit automatically.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow the Refund Policy: unused credits are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
• At checkout you ask for your credits to be available immediately. Once a credit is used for a successful roadmap or scenario, that part of the purchase has been delivered and can no longer be withdrawn from.
• Support My Studies contributions are voluntary gifts and do not buy credits, features or rankings.

Don’t try to game scores or rankings, abuse rate limits or payments, or use AI-Atlas to harass anyone. We may remove profiles or suspend access when this happens. You can ask us to remove your profile at any time.

AI-Atlas is provided “as is” and may change or stop. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. These terms are governed by the law of Romania; if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live still apply and are not affected.
